| We’re excited to have you at this year’s fest! This email will contain important info to make your fest experience even better, so please read this email carefully! We’ve split this email into sections based on your VIP type. Feel free to jump to your section. |
| ALL VIP LEVELS: |
| Reminder: you will need your Ticketmaster ticket to get into the venue. This ticket will be available on the official Ticketmaster ticket app on your phone. Make sure to download and log in to the Ticketmaster app before you arrive to the venue! Your VIP ticket (the QR code you received from our website – see below for an example) will allow you to pick up your additional prizes (laminate, shirt, patch, etc.) but will not get you in the building. You need a Ticketmaster ticket to get in! |

| You can pick up your VIP prizes starting at 2pm in front of the venue. We highly recommend picking up your VIP packages early! Please review the shirt type & size you have listed on your ticket. Shirts have been ordered, but we may be able to swap a limited number of sizes if you entered yours incorrectly by mistake. Email MadWithPowerFest@gmail.com with your full name, email, and ticket number to change your size. If you do not have your VIP ticket QR code or your Ticketmaster ticket, please email MadWithPowerFest@gmail.com with your full name, email, and order number and we will investigate. Your PayPal receipt is NOT your ticket – you need a QR code like the one shown above! Please do this now and DO NOT WAIT until the week or day of the fest, as I will have limited troubleshooting time. If you can’t make the fest, you can sell your ticket(s) to someone else. However, ALL VIP QR CODE ticket transfer requests need to go through us! Email MadWithPowerFest@gmail.com. |
| Silver VIP: |
| Just a reminder that you should’ve purchased a Ticketmaster ticket as well as the $45 Silver VIP add-on. The add-on does not get you through the doors. |
| Gold VIP and Above: |
| If you purchased a Gold, Platinum, Sponsor, or Legend VIP ticket, you will have received a Ticketmaster Ticket to the email listed as the “Attendee”, NOT the purchaser’s email. These tickets went out yesterday.Please accept this Ticketmaster transfer ASAP! Do not wait until the day of the festival, as I will not be able to help you if things go wrong. If you listed your email address as the attendee email for multiple ticket purchases (i.e. you purchased tickets for a group of friends, but didn’t have their emails on-hand at the time), you will receive multiple Ticketmaster transfer requests. Accept each one! If you and your party are not entering the building at the same time, you can transfer your ticket(s) to your friend’s email address using the built in “Transfer Tickets” option inside of Ticketmaster. If you have not yet received a Ticketmaster ticket transfer email, please email us at MadWithPowerFest@gmail.com with your full name, attendee name, email, and order number and we will investigate. ALL SEATING IS UNASSIGNED, and FIRST-COME-FIRST-SERVED! Yes – you do have an assigned seat on your ticket, but you should IGNORE that. You are free to sit in any open seats you’d like. Early entry for meet & greet is at 3:15pm! Get your VIP packages early so you don’t have to wait! |

| Free food will be available in the Jack Daniels club starting in the early evening. Just show your badge to get in! |
| Sponsor VIP: |
| The “first come first served” seating applies to the box seats on the 3rd floor as well. Ignore any seating assignments on your tickets, and feel free to grab any seat that’s not occupied. Sponsoring bands: if you have not yet told me what band you’d like to sponsor, email MadWithPowerFest@gmail.com with the name of the band and the name you’d like to have listed (i.e. your name or your business name) Sponsor Logos: If you have a logo for your business, please send it to me (MadWithPowerFest@gmail.com) no later than May 15th. Early access to sound check: Sound check starts around 10am both days. If you are planning on coming to see the sound check of any band(s), please email Kyle (kyle.finlan@kylefinlanphotography.com) and he will contact you with instructions for sound check entry. |
